This Add A Fuel Tune is for current 2021-2026 Oz Tuning forced induction customers needing an additional fuel tune.

This ONLY applies for existing 2021-2026 Oz Tuning customers. Tunes do not transfer with vehicle ownership.

If you are not sure if your particular modifications require modification to your tune, please contact us before making your purchase.

Forced induction Re-tunes can take up to 3 business days to deliver so please plan accordingly. If you have not received your tune after that time frame, please check your junk/spam folder first, then email us at tuning@oztuning.com for more info. 

POLICIES

TUNING POLICIES: 

All Forced Induction tuning services are time-limited and include up to 30 days of datalog reviews and tuning to complete the tuning process. Upon completion of the tuning process, there will be a 15 day period for post-tune evaluation and testing of the vehicle. During this period, you may request any preference based adjustment or additional datalog reviews to personalize the tune to your preference. These adjustments are meant to finalize the tune and verify that the vehicle is functioning as intended after tuning. This period does not include tune adjustments for adding parts or changing tire size as those would be considered modifications and would require purchasing a tune adjustment.

During the tuning process for Forced Induction tunes, a tune will be considered "complete" if no follow-up contact is received from the customer within 15 days of receiving a tune revision. This is to prevent delays in the tuning process that extend the wait period for other customers’ tune requests. If for any reason you will not be able to complete a datalogging request within 15 days of receiving a tune revision, you should advise the calibrator that is working on your tune, and we will move your tune out of the working queue until you are able to continue tuning. This allows us to move another customer into your tuning slot and reduces wait times. If you advise us that you will not be able to complete a log request on time, you will NOT be required to purchase a tuning window extension to continue the tuning process so long as no more than 45 days have passed since your last tune revision.

Should your tuning window expire for any of the above reasons, you will be asked to purchase a tuning window extensions through the website to "reset" your tuning window and claim your spot in the waiting list. There are two options available to extend your tuning window, 15 and 30 days. You can choose which option fits your schedule better and once your tune is moved back into the working queue, your 15 or 30 day tuning window will start. Whether you choose a 15 or 30 day tuning window extension, all of the policies mentioned above will apply just as they applied during your original tuning window.
