Basically, it puts you ahead of the line and we only work on your tune during that time period.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOur standard email tune is different in that your logs are reviewed in the order they are received, meaning that if there are other customers that submitted logs before you, we will review those logs first before we review your log. With email tuning, turnaround time for log reviews can vary as it’s based on workload and order the logs are received.
