FURTHER OPTIMIZATION OF THE PROVEN ORIGINAL OMEGA TUNE. NOT JUST IMPROVEMENTS, BUT AN EVOLUTION.

What it is NOT: It is not a more aggressive tune. It is not going to be hard on the vehicle, neither does it have more risk of damage.

What it IS: It is further optimization of the proven original Omega tune. But it is not just improvements as you would think, but an evolution of Omega.

Key features:

• Transmission logic and shift schedules are optimized.
  • Shift schedules are focused on the engines power band, not the conventional logic of shift points needing to be at specific vehicle speeds. This greatly improves the driving experience, and also the power band is used more efficiently.
• Proven faster in testing through all combined optimizations.
  • More part throttle torque.
  • More low end torque & mid range.
  • Smooth linear throttle response.

REQUIREMENTS

For existing Oz Tuning customers ONLY upgrading from Omega to Omega X. 

Flashing this tune requires using the TDN (Tune Delivery Network) app for MPVI2, MPVI2+, or MPVI3 users. (A Windows laptop is still required for KAM resets, speedo calibrations, and extensive datalogging. The app can only be used at this time for flashing tunes and diagnostics). TDN is a free-to-download app for iOS and Android and syncs the RTD3 device via Bluetooth, removing the laptop from the equation when licensing and writing tunes to your vehicle.

Regular MPVI2’s and RTD’s are not compatible with iOS. Only the + (plus) or 3 models are.

If you are needing to switch to the TDN, that is included with this upgrade at no additional cost.

POLICIES

TUNING POLICIES:

All tuning services are time-limited and will include up to 30 days of datalog reviews and/or personalized tune adjustments. These adjustments can include preference based changes like firmer/softer shifts, increased/decreased throttle response, adjustment of shift schedules, etc. Changing or adding modifications to the vehicle that would require a tune adjustment are not included and will require purchasing a tune update.

Single tune update requests for modifications or general tune adjustments do not include extended tuning support. When requesting a single tune update, please verify that you include accurate and detailed information for your request. Providing incomplete or inaccurate information could incur additional tuning charges.

During the tuning process for an Advanced tune, a tune will be considered "complete" if no follow-up contact is received within 15 days of receiving a tune revision.

Should your tuning window expire for any of the above reasons, you will be asked to purchase a re-tune through the website to extend your tuning time period. At which point you will receive a 15-day extension for tune adjustments, datalog reviews or to complete the tuning process for an Advanced tune.
